Rainbows don’t have to just be for the LGBTQ community... They can be for workouts... Specifically, my workouts...
I have developed a system for making custom workouts... Each color represents a different muscle group.
You decide... legs... arms... core... cardio... or pick one of each color for a total body workout... Not everyone was born to be a fitness guru and they need a little help... there is nothing wrong with help... that is why the fitness profession exist...
There are times when I am really short on time and I am completely over my normal workout... I may pick 3 sticks and other times I pick 6... Generally, you want to shot for 3 set and 10-15 reps of each exercise and you can make each exercise easier or harder by adjusting the weight...
