Shrimp with Broccoli over Cauliflower Rice

This was a huge hit with my Wife and 14 year old daughter... if your a parent... I’m sure you may know how difficult it is to create a meal for your family that is carb free... 75% veggies... and not get dirty looks and complaints...

We are foodies and if you don’t know what that is... it’s Food Lovers... Food is our Buddy... Best Friend... Brother From Another Mother... We Search For new places to Try..Taste it and Critique it... So that means... some of our habits aren’t so great... if we are having carbs, and sometimes lots of them,

when we are trying new foods... there has to be balance the other 6 days of the week... Not only does this meal create a calorie deficit... it taste great... Be sure to subscribe... try it... take a pic... post it... share it...

Ingredients-

White Cauliflower

Frozen or Fresh Broccoli

1lb Fresh or Frozen Shrimp

4 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp of flour

1.5 cup of water

2 tbsp of olive oil

Sauce

Combine soy sauce, flour, water, and 1 tbsp of olive oil into a a wok. Whisk and bring to a boil.

Shrimp & Broccoli

Add shrimp and broccoli to the sauce. Season with garlic. Allow to boil for 5 minutes and reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.Rice

Cut desired amount of cauliflower and boil for 3-5 minutes. Place in food processor until Cauliflower has a rice like appearance. Place in a frying pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil and fry for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
